Our wedding Coordinator package is a must for your big day to ensure everything runs smoothly as planned. 

This package includes:

-The day of coordinator for a minimum of 8 hours including the Venue Walk-through & Rehearsal, along with the Day of Coordination to include ensuring everything is setup properly during the ceremony & reception. We will handle the rehearsal practice and will be the primary coordinator working at the venue the day of the event. We will be the primary point of contact for all vendors and guests including seating chart management, rehearsal, vendor setup, and guest management so that you can enjoy a stress free day.

This package is perfect for DIY clients on a budget who wish to style their attire and make their Wedding planning a breeze by allowing us to style the bridal party, and do the day of coordination, rehearsal, and vendor management.

This includes the following:

-The day of coordinator for up to 12 hours for semi-wedding planning activities leading up to 30 days prior to the event including: Venue Walk-through, Rehearsal, Tastings, Vendor Management, Guest Management, Seating Chart Management, & Day of Coordination during the ceremony & reception.

-Bridal Gown Rental, Bouquet, Veil, & Accessories at Luxe Bridal Studio

-Bridal Styling and Assistance getting ready

-Full Groom’s Tuxedo Rental Ensemble at Luxe Bridal Studio

This package is perfect for brides who need a full wedding planning experience during the 12 months leading up to the event at the location of their choice Including the day of wedding coordinator to execute all wedding planning activities as planned.

This package includes:

-Wedding Planner for up to 12 months leading up to the event which will be available to assist virtually or in person as needed for up to 1 hour per week leading up to the event.

-Day of Wedding Coordinator for 12 hours including the rehearsal, setup, and breakdown of the event.

We can customize any wedding planner or wedding coordinator package based on the clients needs, and total number of guests. There is a $50 consultation fee which will be deducted from your invoice once service is booked and a day of coordinator is required for all customizable packages. This ensures the event runs smoothly.
