The day of coordinator will assist you with ensuring the event runs smoothly the day of the event for DIY event planners. This includes organizing the rehearsal, creating the event timeline, & dealing with all vendors, guests, and/or bridal party the day of the event. 8 hour minimum required and customer must sign a contract. 50% deposit to book and remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to event.
Add+ $500 for all Travel fees plus the cost of flights/gas mileage, & hotel accommodations.
We will consult with you regularly to plan and execute the wedding of your dreams. This includes planning the overall logistics and design of the event, contacting the vendors, scheduling tours, tastings, etc. Includes a 12 month planning period (prorated if the planning period is shortened or extended).
Typically, we charge a Flat Fee based on the budget, or 20% of the overall spend. A $1000.00 Retainer & a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with a signed contract and card on file.
We have professional photographers, videographers, photo booths, musicians, and DJ options to choose from starting at $1500 per type chosen depending on dates/availability (photography/Photobooth does not include prints). 4 hour minimum is required and customer must sign a contract. Deposit: $500 per type chosen. Full Balance is due within 60 days of signed contract or 30 days prior to the event. A separate contract will be signed with each vendor.
We offer boutonnieres, centerpieces, bouquets, and corsages for the bridal party. Please allow 3-6 weeks for production.

We have a nice selection of wedding invitations including: Flat press, Vertical, Horizontal, laser cut, glitter, photo, etc. We can create a custom quote in increments of 30 depending on your style and budget. *50% Deposit is required and must be paid in full within 30 days of a signed contract.
We have partnered with a few licensed Atlanta catering companies that we know and trust. We are able to offer our clients 10% off when booking a package with us. A separate signed contract must be signed with the vendor directly and a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Additional fees may apply for taxes and gratuity.
Scrumptious Fare Catering
We have licensed bartenders that can setup the bar for you and your guests. Beer/Wine packages start at $25 per person plus tax and gratuity. Liquor packages start at $35 person and up. We are able to give you a 10% discount for using our services. Pricing is based on availability and a separate signed contract is required with the vendor directly.
We have recommended bakeries that can design your perfect wedding cake. We offer 10% off to all of our clients by booking a package with us. A separate signed contract is required with the vendor and pricing is based on dates and availability.
We have a selection of bridal gowns and tuxedos available to rent for up to 2 weeks for only $1500.00.
This is perfect for small intimate weddings or elopements. Add $10 for insurance waiver and a security deposit of $300 which is required).
