These services can be purchased individually or added to any package.
We will consult with you bi-weekly to plan and execute the wedding or special occasion of your dreams using our preferred vendors at the best rates in the industry. This includes planning the overall logistics and design of the event, contacting the vendors, scheduling tours & tastings, table decor, etc. Includes a 12 month planning period (prorated if the planning period is shortened or extended). 50% deposit to secure date. Requires a signed monthly payment plan and credit card on file.
The day of coordinator will assist you with ensuring the event runs smoothly the day of the event for DIY event planners. This includes organizing the rehearsal, creating the event timeline, & dealing with all vendors, guests, and/or bridal party the day of the event. 8 hour minimum required and customer must sign a contract. 50% deposit to book and remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to event.

We have professional photographers, videographers, photo booths, musicians, and DJ options to choose from starting at $250/hr per type chosen depending on dates/availability (photography/photobooth does not include prints). 4 hour minimum is required and customer must sign a contract. Deposit: $500 per type chosen. Full Balance is due within 60 days of signed contract or 30 days prior to the event. A separate contract will be signed with each vendor.
We hand make boutonnieres, centerpieces, bouquets, and corsages for the bridal party or prom. Please allow 3-6 weeks for production.

We have a nice selection of wedding invitations including: Flat press, Vertical, Horizontal, laser cut, glitter, photo, etc. We can create a custom quote depending on your style and budget. *50% Deposit is required and must be paid in full within 30 days of a signed contract.
We have vendor packages depending on the number of guests and your needs. Venues may require a separate food/beverage minimum or some venues will allow an outside caterer. We have licensed bartenders that can setup the bar for you and your guests. Beer/Wine packages start at $15 per person plus tax and gratuity. Liquor packages start at $35 person and up. We are able to give you a 10% discount for using our services. Pricing is based on availability and a separate signed contract is required with the vendor directly.
We have recommended bakeries that can design your perfect wedding cake. We offer 10% off to all of our clients by booking a package with us. A separate signed contract is required with the vendor and pricing is based on dates and availability.

Add-on your decor to any package: This includes rental of a ceremony backdrop pipe and drape, aisle markers, runner, custom welcome sign, cardholder for gift table, cake stand, cake knife set, champagne flutes for bride and groom, mr & mrs sign for cake table, silk floral centerpieces, table place cards, table numbers, napkins, favors, votive candles, menu cards, charger plates, & a seating chart. Includes setup/breakdown for up to 50 guests.

This package is $100 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes 2 meats (Fish, Beef, or Chicken), 2 sides, salad, bread, sweet tea, lemonade & an open bar with beer, wine, & champagne. Add $5 per person for a signature cocktail.
The bridesmaids V.I.P (Very Important Proposal) package is a special way to propose to the bridal party by asking them to be in your wedding as a group which includes up to 2 hours private access to our studio & purchase of:
Includes a group fitting party of up 10 ladies with a Champagne Mimosa Bar, & light refreshments during the group fitting appointment. $150 deposit is required and must be booked 7 days in advance.
Add tuxedo rental for all groomsmen to any package at a discounted rate. The groom’s tuxedo is free with 6 groomsmen.
This package is customizable based on the clients needs. **All packages require a 50% deposit to book an event along with a signed contract. The remainder is due the day before the event.
